Who should attend?

 

College Administrators

We invite college Deans, directors, and program coordinatorsof continuing education, workforce development, and contract training, as well as division chairsof vocational-technical and academic programs, to attend this seminar to achieve Official Registered Provider (ORP) Status for his/her instructional unit, department, or division. No knowledge of Spanish is necessary. You will learn how to implement successful occupational Spanish credit and non-credit programs. Seminar topics will include issues related to marketing, staffing, and scheduling such programs.
Increase your enrollments and enhance public service by earning ORP status for your division.

Spanish Instructors

We invite all Spanish instructors, who are interested in learning about techniques and materials for occupational Spanish and cross-cultural training, to earn NATIONAL CERTIFICATION as a Command Spanish® Certified Instructor (CSCI). Learn how to teach innovative Spanish-Language programs especially designed for professionals. If you are interested in learing to make a difference in your community and making extra money in the process become a national Command Spanish® Certified Instructor (CSCI) today.

Upon competion, participants receive certification documents.
Spanish teachers will be nationally certified as CSCIs.
